Francis G. Reyes, PT

Francis is a New York State board certified physical therapist. He has been practicing his profession since 1997. He is committed to helping patients with various orthopedic and sports-related injuries. He is proud to have helped many patients return to a normal, pain-free, and quality life.

Antoine Hitti, DPT, MCMT

Antoine has been practicing physical therapy since 2006. He specializes in manual therapy and in the rehabilitation of sports injuries. He previously worked for various outpatient offices in New York City. He was also an active member of the NYC Marathon Medical Team.


His vast experience in treating patients with pain syndromes has led him to seek further educational advancement in the challenging area of manual therapy.


Antoine received an honors degree in Physical Therapy from The Lebanese University and a doctorate degree from Dominican College of New York. In addition, he completed his training in MCMT (Mastery Certification in Manual Therapy).

Antoine believes in quality care. That is why he has joined our team of therapy professionals–to utilize his knowledge and expertise in a setting where patients always come first. He believes that “Patient motivation is a key ingredient in the patient’s physical therapy rehabilitation.

Feliz Batoy, PT

Feliz Leona Clemente Batoy is a licensed physical therapist based in Brooklyn, New York. She was born in Baguio City, Philippines, where she attended college and graduated as an academic scholar in 2013. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy. During her college years, she participated in the school chorale, cheerleading competitions, literary musical competitions, and medical missions.


Feliz passed the Licensure Examination for Physical Therapists in the Philippines in August 2013. She then started to work as an affiliate physical therapist at Saint Louis University Hospital of the Sacred Heart for four years. There, she was mentored by Dr. Romeo O. Abiog MD, DPBRM, FPARM, FPSA, whom she acknowledges as the biggest influence in her career. 

In that same year, she also became a faculty member of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine in her alma mater. In April 2016, she passed the NPTE and received her license as a physical therapist in New York. 


Feliz’s passion and desire are to help patients achieve and regain their optimal function. She believes that this is her purpose, and she will continue to pursue it one day at a time.

Shaneen Ched H. Sia, PT, DPT (Clinical Director)

Shaneen Sia is a licensed physical therapist in Brooklyn. She was born on May 29, 1993 in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines. She graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in 2015 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She obtained her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy in 2018 from Utica College, New York.


When Shaneen was 13, she got her Black Belt in TaeKwonDo, competed consistently, and won multiple awards in local and international competitions. At the age of 15, she became part of the Philippine Taekwondo Team. She was very active in sports since her elementary days. Moreover, she did not only excel in sports, but she was also a consistent honor student. She graduated with first honor in high school.

After passing her licensure examinations, both in the Philippines and in New York, Shaneen started working with us. She is passionate about giving her patients quality care and enjoys working with various orthopedic and neurologic cases. She is currently working on specializing in sports rehabilitation. Away from work, she enjoys working out at the gym, running outdoors, and doing yoga.

Ramon Ferrer, Jr., PTRP, RN

Ramon earned his degree in Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Nursing in Our Lady of Fatima University, Philippines. He is a licensed physical therapist and registered nurse. He then moved to New York and has been practicing physical therapy for more than 10 years. He has worked with orthopedic, pre- and post-op patients, neurologic, geriatric cases, and sports-related injuries.


Ramon is also an accomplished long-distance runner. He completed more than 25 ultramarathons, including fifteen 100-mile races, over the years. He completed five 100-mile races in Midwest Grand Slam of Ultrarunning-Super Slam in less than five months in 2014. To top it off, he won 1st place at Icarus Florida UltraFest 24-hour race in the same year.


Apart from long-distance running, Ramon loves being outside, staying active all year round, hiking, camping, and other outdoor activities. As an endurance athlete himself, he is passionate about applying his knowledge and experience to help patients restore their optimal physical function and return to their healthy, active living.
